Minimum Order
Minimum order: £150 + p&p

Wholesale pricing
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices are subject to change without notice. Sarah Joy Jewellery is not VAT registered.

Ordering process
The wholesale order form is available to download at www.sarahjoy.design/orderform. Submit your order via email to hello@sarahjoy.design. Please allow 28 days from placing order to dispatch. 

Payment terms
The following payment methods are accepted:

·      Bank transfers (BACS)

Initial orders need to be paid in advance of shipment. 30 day credit terms may be possible for further orders.

Shipping
All orders are dispatched from London; delivery in 3-4 working days. FREE shipping is offered on all orders to UK Mainland. For wholesale orders outside UK Mainland shipping will be charged on a cost-recovery basis.

Returns policy
We cannot accept returns on wholesale goods. We will only accept items back if they are deemed to be faulty or defective. No refunds will be issued; damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and make contact within five 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective packages.

Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted on wholesale orders. Any changes to orders must be emailed to hello@sarahjoy.design within 48 hours.

Disclaimer
Due to the nature of the printing and finishing process, there may be slight imperfections visible in our products, but we consider these to be features of the innovative techniques used. Colours may vary slightly across batches as the resins are mixed by hand.
